The house sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms - four doubles and one room with twin beds - all bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms

Downstairs - Lounge, hall with log-burning fire, kitchen (dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, double electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer and another fridge/freezer) open to large dining area with double doors onto the large patio, disabled shower room/toilet.  Stair lift.  Wireless broadband internet.

Upstairs - Bedroom 1 - twin beds with ensuite bathroom (bath with shower over).  Bedroom 2 - double bed with en-suite shower room.  Bedroom 3 - Superking bed with ensuite shower room.  Bedroom 4 - double bed with ensuite shower.  Bedroom 5 - double bed with ensuite shower room. 
All bedrooms have WCs and washbasins.

Outside - large slate patio area with table and chairs for 10.  Gardens with benches and with a bridge over the stream which passes through the gardens.  Magnificent views of the fells and down the valley to the South.  Barbecue.

No smoking in the house please and sorry, no pets.
