The Apartment - sleeps up to 4 and is completely self-contained and all on the ground floor.  It has 2 bedrooms,  each with own en-suite bath/shower room.

Lounge - Double doors lead out to a private patio area, smart TV connected to the internet and with Freesat, DVD, gas fire, Alexa
Dining Kitchen - dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dining table and chairs, armchair.
Bedroom 1 - Superking bed - can be split to 2 x single beds (pls request with booking) wet room with ensuite bath and walk in shower shower room, WC & wash hand basin, Shower chair available.

Bedroom 2 - double bed with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin, hairdyer).

Boot Room - cushions for poutdoor furniture, travel cot (including mattress), high chair. 

Outside
Front garden- slate patio with table and chairs.  Gate to drive and access to River Rothay.

Rear Garden inclusive outdoor sofa, chairs, BBQ and fire pit

Both gardens enclosed, dog friendly.

If it is necessary for a guest to cancel a booking, the week will be re-advertised and, if resold, a refund will be made.  If not resold, no refund will be made.  Please note Booking Conditions regarding insurance.
