Grasmere village is in the heart of the Lake District National Park
Rothay Lodge dates from 1830 and is situated in a quiet corner
of Grasmere, just a few minutes level walk to village shops, pubs
and restaurants. It sits in lovely gardens through which the
delightful Greenhead Ghyll flows. |
Rothay Lodge Apartment is on the ground floor and has two
double bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms), a large
well-equipped dining kitchen and a lounge with double doors
leading to a private patio. It is self-contained, was
completely refurbished in 2007 and is wheelchair accessible.
The House has five bedrooms (4 doubles and one with twin
beds), all with en-suite bathrooms. An extension in 2007
incorporates a large dining area linked to the kitchen.
There is also a spacious lounge and hall, a ground floor toilet
and stairlift. |
